I offer small group and one-to-one tutoring options for primary school students (K-6). I have over 10 years of experience working as both a teacher and a tutor.
Within each lesson, your child will receive personalised support and feedback. The lessons are flexible and designed to help your child develop confidence, master content and meet their academic goals. I provide learning challenges and focus on areas to improve. The lessons are fun and engaging to promote a lifelong love of learning!

Lesson Options
Small Group
Children love working together. A friendly atmosphere is created to ensure that each student can confidently share their ideas, ask questions and develop confidence in their ability. Your child will receive one-to-one support and personalised feedback in a fun and engaging learning environment.
One-to-one
I offer one-to-one tutoring for K-6 students. Lessons are tailor-made to meet the specific learning needs of your child. This option is ideal for students who would like to focus on specific learning areas.
Maths and English
Does your child need help with maths or English? The 45 minute sessions are filled with learning challenges, revision activities and lots of fun. Your child will have access to curriculum based learning that helps them develop the skills they need to succeed.
You can decide whether your child needs help with maths, English or both!
My Story
Hi, my name is Rachael Brunskill - Skills Tutoring founder and qualified primary school teacher. I have over ten years of teaching experience and I am a member of the Australian Tutoring Association. In 2015, I completed my Master's degree in Education. My research focused on the key skills children must develop in order to achieve and succeed in the education system. I am passionate about empowering students to develop these fundamental skills.
My goal is to make learning fun and engaging. I personalise lessons, help students develop confidence and encourage every student to reach their potential. I thoroughly enjoy supporting children on their learning journey.

Skills Tutoring is opposite the Vinegar Hill Memorial Library in Rouse Hill Town Centre. The classroom can be found inside the Global Art centre.
